Not that I am a fan of insurance especially since premiums have skyrocketed but Australian Seniors offered a competitive rate.

I don't know how much "service" was given - I did all the hard yards. Everything spits out their end. One thing I was not happy about was AS did not clearly explain in their email summary details of when the odometer reading was to be taken. They asked for the reading about 2 weeks before the commencement date of the policy meaning I would have missed out on 2 weeks mileage. All this was hidden away in the fine print.

Great.Customer service agent was very helpful.Listened to my experiences in dealing with other insurance companies who were not that sympathetic to my requests for a better deal considering my age,claim free history and the fact that my vehicle even though it is 8 years old has less than 45,000 Kms on the odometer.I reckon that for the premium charged,the Agreed Value amount and other conditions,I am extremely satisfied.

This was the first time I had used Australian Seniors and I was very happy with both the service and the price. I was very surprised with the cost of the premium, it was considerably lower than what I had been quoted by other insurance companies.

The lady I spoke to when she called after I did a online quote was very friendly and did not push me to buy insurance cover from them when I said I was still looking at other companies. Then when I called back I was transferred back to that same lady, she was again very friendly and was so helpful in explaining the policy and answering my questions.
