Query was not resolved over phone. Operator not as helpful as needed. Easier to cancel policy and buy again online cheaper than offered over phone. Cooling off period - I will be researching better value and better provider

Not happy with the unsolicited phone contact, I received. I did get some info when I asked for details. Not happy when requested for bank details over the phone, you need to re-think these options.
