I am yet to officially except the quote fully, as waiting on postal documents. It is a good quote, the people l spoke to were good and helpful. However, the "multiple" options and "longwinded" spoken information given, BEFORE you get to Speak to an actual person, is very frustrating, 8 minutes, Before l got a real person, who could help with my queries. I did not have the time to wait to get a short answer,and had to hang up twice. The same and similar Information, is given by the Person you get a Quote from. So to better Serve your Customers, l suggest you 'revamp' the 1st point of contact.

Refer to last comments. Not easy to get a Person to speak to, in an acceptable time. Listening to the Terms of "engagement" etc took 8 minutes. When someone wants a quick Contact with a real person, for Information on a Product, waiting that long is not Good PR.

Riley was very helpful, he explained all my options in detail. He let me think about it overnight and then called me back the next day. I had time to absorb all the information and decide which way I wanted to go, I appreciated not being pressured. Because of his thoughtfulness I was able to go with a plan. So to him I say thankyou for his patience and understanding.

When quoting an amount at the end of a long process why don't you include GSYT and any taxes as it makes ahuge difference and I.m most unimpressed as I,ve agreeded to something I would not have done had I known the full price. It is a bad process and therefore you proove you are not looking after us seniors trying to get by. Anne Denney

I found it easy to go through procedure and came away from experience happy. I had been told by friend in Melbourne that rates for car insurance were very low and that’s what I needed as now a widow on a pension. I still wonder how they can be so low, as I now save $60 a month plus I get roadside assist, it’s magic.
