My decision to change my car insurance provider to Seniors Car Insurance, was based not only on cost increases, but all the positive feedback from over 4000 reviews on a non profit web site I researched. Having semi completed my application on line, David not only assisted me to finalise my application but advised me further on a more appropriate product for my circumstances. I call that good customer service.
