This review is for pay-as-you-drive car insurance. The process of getting the on-line quote to payment of the new policy was easy. I had some questions so I rang the number on the quote and spoke to a team member, Christian. He was kind, informative, helpful, and patient as we went through all of the criteria. Although the quote was not the least expensive that I had received, it was a reasonable cost for a quality policy that is the most suitable for my needs. At this stage, I highly recommend Australian Seniors insurance.

The consultant I spoke to was polite and professional and easy to understand. She knew her product and what I needed and when I didn't understand she was happy to go over again so I did. I was assured that I could organize my car insurance for a month in advance as I due to be away and wanted it sorted prior to to my departure. She was very helpful and understanding of my issues and I was pleased she was able to ensure that my car would be insured from the dated I needed.
