On line process ok. We took Pay as You Drive Had some questions and called them, spoke with Rachel, very helpful. Appears their system does not allow on line completion if you do not have starting Klms....very hard when buying brand new car. Promised call back to complete sign up not received, in the end did all on line once car dealer rang with starting klms ....16
