In comparison to my existing insurance, I saved $1,100.00 and was able to contact Seniors to speak to them directly. After 3 days of trying to contact my previous insurance company and one day waiting on the phone for 42 minutes and not being able to contact anyone, I decided to look elsewhere. At this stage I haven't had to claim but I'm hoping that the ease I had with my initial contact would be the same going forward.

The service was excellent. The phone was answered in a timely manner and all my questions, of which there were many, were answered in a friendly and helpful way.

Bought home insurance on-line, taking advantage of 30% discount. Given I have not made any claims in over 20 years, the savings are worthwhile. Also ended up being around $400 cheaper than my previous provider.

When I telephoned with a quick question and to confirm some details, I was most impressed that my call was answered immediately, and in person! The customer service consultant was very friendly and helpful, able to assist with my enquiry, knowledgeable about the product and services being offered. Besides getting a competitive quote this is a major reason I decided to change to Australian Seniors.
