The Funeral Insurance Product we purchased best suited our personal choices compared to other competitors at a fair and reasonable cost. The fact that premiums would not normally increase each year was an bonus and would cease at age 85 was great.

Get rid of the cringeworthy TV ads and I would not have had the same reluctance to come across from another company

I will never understand why you charge more to an existing customer than you do for a new one - so much for customer loyalty!! Every time I get a renewal notice I have to go through this stupid pantomime where I input, as a new customer, the exact same details as on the renewal notice, and get a cheaper premium. I then have to spend twenty minutes talking to one of your employees, confirming everything you already have on file about me. The only thing this system does is make me think that if I'm going to put quote details in for you I might as well do it for AAMI, RAC, SGIO etc etc.
