deplorable phone system Impossible to get a person unless you listen to a long story about a new policy i hang up twice but 3rd time at end of log story 3 if you dont understand this person said he would try to put me to a person but he failed 4th time press3 got a copy of my policy clever lady knew what to do FIX

Call was answered in reasonable time. The consultant was positive and spoke very good Aussie -I know that that is not politically correct, but when you are older and hard of hearing a clear voice is essential. Went over all the items we needed and let us know when there was any extras etc. He also found a discount for us too - we really appreciated that.
