I really appreciated the great customer service that I experienced. It was a great personalised experience to work out the life insurance that suited my circumstances. The application process was easy with clear terms and conditions and I was able to add my beneficiary at the same time which saved me having to do this at a later date.

The staff member Matt was highly professional, welcoming and listened carefully to what my situation was and what my requirements were.He made the process stress-free, provided a couple of options for me to consider and in no way tried to 'sell' me on a particular one or the highest priced. At the end of my policy purchase I felt relieved that I had found a solution for my needs and that it had been far easier than I had experienced at another insurance company.

Within seconds of my inquiry I was contacted by phone. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The agent, whose name, sadly eludes me, was very helpful. She was able to navigate sensitive questions with ease and respect. I had everything fully explained and explained very well. Life insurance can be a tricky subject, especially tailoring to individual needs and I am confident that I received the best match for myself. I did not feel pressured in anyway and very satisfied by the level of cover I received and that I had made the correct choice. I now feel very happy that I have the required financial protection in place for my family. Add to this that I was covered instantly and the process was so simple, with no paperwork or lengthy forms. Great job

The life insurance policy is too expensive. Tried to cancel the policy but can’t cancel immediately, have to wait for a service rep to call me within 48 hours of asking to cancel my policy. Most other companies can. Cancel policies immediately.
