My 1st contact with Seniors I arrange a call back to finalise my transaction and never received the call back. I had to call in again to complete my application. It’s not a good impression as a new customer.

Thursday, 03 October, service was excellent, with the promise of a follow-up phone call for my wife to provide her details at 3pm on the Friday, but we did not receive that call. I called back at 4:40pm on Friday 04 October, and received a very polite gentleman, as was the first one, who was going to ensure we received that phone call within approx. 15 minutes. If we had received the 3pm call today, the rate would have been excellent.
