I only contacted "Seniors Insurance " online for a quote within seconds of dulling out the form online I received a call from a young man from Seniors Insurance wanting to sign me up I did not get a chance to speak, he spoke so quickly I could not get a word in and before I knew it he had me signed up, and I was only wanting a quote, I was very pleased to learn that I have a 30 day cooling off period as I can weigh my options, as one thing I disagree on, is that you automatically assume that because someone goes on line to get a quote for Insurance that it is a Sale and I can assure you because of this assumption I will not be purchasing Seniors Insurance in this case as this is pressure selling and I totally disagree with this form of selling, as a Sales Consultant myself for about 30 years I abhor pressure selling, I have never done it and I do not like being pressured into signing up for something before fully considering my options.

I signed up with Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance thinking I was purchasing a product from 'Real Insurance'. I rang a phone number listed on the Real Insurance website and the call centre put me through to your company instead without my knowledge. Not happy. I am cancelling the policies but finding it more difficult to cancel than it was to sign up as the cancellations officers are too busy to talk to me and are scheduling a call back that I haven't recieved within 24 hours as promised.
