How the duck would I know - I got a call 4 days ago. I would say that high pressure sales are VERY irritating. Saying my name every 15 secs does NOT endear me to the sales person - it turns me off, it's smarmy. Someone needs to train them in being genuine - real - what ever.

Service ok nothing seen yet so cant comment. Maybe you should wsit a week before sendi g thus out so people will have received all paperwork from you and seen what they're covered for. Its very h as rd to remember everything you are told on the phone and your webdite doesnt slwsys have everything you need to know. I thought you wouldve been replying to me by message not by phone which is hiw i wouldve pregerred it so i could look things over before being contacted by phone. Its not aleays convjent to take a lengthy call like rhat and to give personal info out when your in a shopping centre as happenex when i had missed your call and returned it not realizing i was going to have to commit there and then and give out my info. Persinslly i eouldve preferred to be given my quote by email then cintact you when i had had time to go thru it i stead of being hit headd on and end up taking it out when not sure if it was right fir me or not.
