I found the consultant very informative. The information was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I found the different levels of cover a little difficult to understand. The consultant was very compassionate. I changed my provider. Overall an excellent experience.

Our car has been insured by SENIORS for two years.We are absolutely satisfied because of the very reasonable rate, the speed in handling an accident claim, the damage assessment and the speed of payment. We have subscribed to roadside assistance but have never had any problems that would have required us to call on them.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found I was talking to a person within Australia who was easily understood and answered all my questions. I hope the service is this good if I ever need to make a claim.
