Highly recommend Australian Seniors for insurance. Compared policies and premiums. Both car insurance and home/contents insurance were the best value. Calls answered promptly and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Wish I'd insured with them years ago.

Last year I went with another insurance company because Australian Seniors seemed too expensive. This year their premium was hideous. As an age pensioner I can hardly afford a car.This year i checked out your site and found the pay by kilometres traveled option. This has made it marginally easier for me.

I completed the form , got a quote, varied it slightly and went to finalise, but as I had to go out, it timed out. I thought I would do it today. Today I had to phone to renew. It was very difficult, the telephone line was not good, (no fault of the young lady). I had to go over everything that I had completed yesterday, which meant I had completely wasted my time on the internet doing that. Surely someone could devise a system for you to find my quote as I had done it, and just complete the payment! Time consuming!
