The online portal was easy to use and at the end of the day, we saved quite a lot by moving the car insurance across to Australian Seniors. What hasn't been such a great experience was subsequent email contact that we initiated. which should have been a simple yes / no reply and has been very frustrating. The auto generated replies had absolutely nothing to do with what we asked i.e. renewal documents. Having said that, we have since changed a second cars insurance to Australian Seniors as well

Excellent service. The representative listened to my queries and concerns around insurance and provided answers and full explanation of conditions around this. She listened to me and was responsive. She was reliable and called within the agreed timeframe. She was clear and articulate with no patronizing or talking down to me. Give her a pay rise. Purchase comprehensive car insurance
