Not very good.Ended up paying more for a pet insurance policy I just cancelled and decided to go back to aussie seniors , a day later because of waiting periods served. So end up paying more for the same policy , in fact $30.00 more per month.

I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me. absolutely NO follow up and after I made three phones calls DURING work hours and promises of returning of the call, well, it hasn't happened, thus the reason for policy cancellation. The person who discussed this was definitely good at his job, however he turned out to be the opposite, as he did not get back to me after me leaving three messages with the operator who assured me he would; And the hurdles that I have experienced because of the cancellation of this policy has been extremely stressful and the staff have been most unhelpful as when the moment came to decide to cancel the policy they have just stonewalled me at every chance, Will certainly not recommend this firm to anyone
