Great attitude, nice team, good prices, best quotes, professional... so far... Only time will tell I guess. The true measure of an insurance company is how they handle a CLAIM. All else fades into the background. So please do send me this survey again if/when I make a CLAIM.

Anthony was the operator. Extremely knowledgeable - I have been around telesales on & off most of my working life. I knew from the way the conversation was going that Anthony hoped to close the sale with this initial call - as the call proceeded I did have it in the back of my mind to take the policy out yesterday which I did. My only comment would be - what would have happened if I did not go head on that 1st call.

I got a home & content insurance .when l pay a did a payment for a year but my intention was to pay monthly, l call to change from year to month . Original (year) was canceled but you people change the quote from $129.73 to $130.09 , l did not agree with the change of the quoted price . Call two time to found out about the Team response but still nothing happened. That was two days ago.
