I sent you an email right after I paid for my car insurance to ask if correspondence could be posted to my P O Box because there didn't seem to be any way to have done this when I took out the policy on line. I asked if they would confirm my request would be carried out. No one bothered to reply to my email so I've rated you just one star.

The salesman I took out the policy with over the phone was excellent, but when I had a simple query a week later, I hoped to speak with a Seniors Insurance representative on the phone , but instead ended up dealing with a answering service and was listed for a call-back sometime in the next few days. That is very disappointing.

Missed out on 5 stars by not paying attention to detail. I would use again and recommend to friends. You were given debit card details and verified on the telephone by your team member to pay for the first two weeks premium of $34.16. Next payment due on March 1st by direct debit with BSB and account numbers supplied to you. I received a telephone call am 20th February from Australian Seniors to advise my first payment by direct debit had been declined. Not surprising since my card payment was not processed by Australian Seniors for the first payment, and you jumped in two weeks early to secure payment by direct debit that was not even set up. The first premium due has now been paid by debit card today,
