I left my details Australian Seniors via an online enquiry. Just a day or two later a lady by the name of Cinta called us to follow up on our enquiry. Cinta was incredible. She's smart, polite, listens well and answered every question we had for her with ease. We ended up with exactly the right policies for our needs and were made fully aware of the policy details before agreeing to them. Cinta made the entire experience easy, even enjoyable. When we were done she put us onto someone else to organise our wills. An unexpected but necessary bonus that was.

I/we enquired about funeral insurance after just going through with a son's funeral. He had no money and we had very little, so this solution seemed obvious. The rates seem ok, but with us being pensioners time will tell. The time and patience spent by your rep was very good, thank you.

I am a pensioner and believe I need to provide my sister with something to fund my funeral as I have no savings, house or any other assets. I chose this company as they appear genuine and fair in their dealings. The staff were helpful and the process was quite easy. The cost is a problem for me and I discussed this with the staff. I am sure this company is the right one to handle my policy.

My CSO was knowledgeable and understood my situation. When I showed concern at the cost of the policy I felt there was a lack of concern or understanding either for my age (71yo) or the fact that I was not able to pay the suggested premium. She reduced the amount of cover so the premium was less but was still very high. I felt she was not empathetic at all and was exhibiting a "take it or leave it" attitude. I agreed to the policy but after thinking about the high premium, I have decided to cancel the policy.
