The staff at were really friendly and informative however you need to commence the policy immediately with a 30 day cooling off period. When I called back to advise we reconsidered the sales pitch recommenced. It became annoying.

It ticked all the boxes and immediately gave us peace of mind knowing we had made arrangements for whenever our time may be up.
