Besides excellent customer service on both accounts, Daniel was a font of knowledge with regard to Funeral Insc whereas Renato was rather a disappointment with regard to Home&Contents Insc unfortunately. I might add however, this is thru no fault of his. As he explained to me at the time it is because of the stringent structure of your policy in that, to me as the end user, the premium quoted was $100+ over what I am presently enjoying with my current provider, despite the fact that the Bldg value was $385,455 and contents at $20,00 as opposed to $4043,727 and $64,011 respectively. What can I say? I am a pensioner and looking at the bottom line I trust you will appreciate my reasons for not wanting to use ASIA for Home&Contents which therefore also resulted in loosing my motor insurance I might add.

Yes. I never purchased this policy. Your overly keen caller was so keen to "close the deal" that he didn't attempt to contact me when our line dropped out. He just went ahead and "closed the deal" himself. I am furious at this outcome and as stated before I demand that any funds removed from my account be replaced immediately.
