The customer service lady was very clear with all details and very helpful in helping me decide if it was for me. I am on a disability pension so I am on a fixed income and did receive great advice with the policy. I would recommend to someone else seniors funeral service. Thanks Sue O'KEEFE.

I requested a quote to allow me to decide whether I wanted a policy. Instead, I finished up agreeing to a policy that I do not want. After viewing the policy on an email I phoned back to cancel it. The person who took the call said she would pass on my request to the relevant department & as they were all busy, they would phone me back. They have not done so. I am not impressed.

Seniors Final Expenses was most appropriate for our circumstances. It gave us sufficient cover immediately for accident and after 12 months for any death. I can only comment more after the 12 months has expired and we see the policy in action.
