I asked for some time to speak with my wife about changing our policy, and Ash was most abliging. This attitude and the fact your policy is very suitable made us change our insure ce provider. We would have preferred to call back with our number when we were sure we wanted to take out the policy. Diane explained all the reasons but we still would have preferred to call back later.
