Gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and considerate, unfortunately what we discussed and the email I was sent appeared to have differed in payment dates, so I had to ring back again. I then spoke with a female who seemed a little patronizing and I am still awaiting a confirmation email on the date change of my first payment

My experience was not a pleasant one & l feel for SENIORS it is not good enough. All l wanted was a quote online, but was phoned & felt like l was 'bullied' into the insurance even had to give my bank details (which l should never have done). The next day l wanted to cancel my policy & found it soooo difficult as she did not want to let me cancel, offering me all these other deals, in the end l was so upset as she would not let me simply cancel without harassing me trying to sell me other things which l already explained l could not even afford the policy that l was hoping to take out let alone all these other things. When she finally realised l was upset & she could not convince me with anything else, she merely said 'ok l have canceled it & hung up quite rudely in my ear. l will never recommend Aus Seniors Insurance to anyone ever, they are nothing but bullies & certainly have no compassion for the the seniors of our community.
