In 2013 I took out a $7,000 fixed funeral expences cover with you-In april 2018 you sent me a "happy anniversary" letter. Considering everything was fixed in for both parties until my death I could not understand why?. It prompted me to do some figuring, and working on the theory of living to 90 I realised what a bad deal I was on.By switching to "Top Cover" funeral insurance with you on 18May I managed to rescue a bit of the bad deal (assuming the 90yrs aim).While I did manage to secure a waiver of the nil claim in first 12 months (on new policy) the premiums for the the fixed policy are lost and the premiums for the top cover have increased.---In the world of wheels and roundabouts I am feeling only just a little bit better off. P.S. And I had to do a chase up for a copy of the waiver letter on 30 May.

Excellent policy, I was with another provider and realised that if I was paying the premium for 30years my beneficiary would still only receive the $5,000 benefit. How outrageous if it wasn't for my daughter finding this out I would still be paying the premium and my daughter would receive just the $5,000.
