Joel was fantastic, he made me feel in charge which is what I like . Joel explained everything to me .. I understood everything and If I had any queries Joel took my back and re explained everything. The agent who talked me through the funeral insurance process understood my reasons for the lowest amount and showed her compassion for my life experiences. I think her name is Veronica. Further she took the time to ask if I could have my first direct debit in a fortnight to fit in with my Pension date rather than commence payments this Thursday.
