I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then. It has given me and my family peace of mind, knowing that when my time comes, the financial problems which many face at this traumatic time will not be a concern. I signed up with Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance thinking I was purchasing a product from 'Real Insurance'. I rang a phone number listed on the Real Insurance website and the call centre put me through to your company instead without my knowledge. Not happy. I am cancelling the policies but finding it more difficult to cancel than it was to sign up as the cancellations officers are too busy to talk to me and are scheduling a call back that I haven't recieved within 24 hours as promised.
