there's a lot to read and take in (but less confusing than other providers) but it is clear and precise. I had to re-read the beneficiaries section. otherwise it was good

I was impressed with the clarity of the information - it's such a morass going through some of the other policies I have had for any insurance policy. I found the person on the phone calm and unhurried which is a big help when I get nervous about making any important decisions on the phone
