Everything was thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered in detail, and i had a few. The product was exactly what i wanted and i wasnt pressured into buying . The gentleman i spoke with was polite and informative and i feel i have a sound knowledge of the product i purchased .

The package is excellent. However, I felt uncomfortable due to the staff being "pushy" I was only having a quote and he ended me asking for my bank account details for the payment. I believe customers must be given time to re-think of the offer for at least a day to give us time to compare with other insurers.

Unfortunately we will have to cancel due to it being expensive for us, as I am not in employment at the moment, and a bit concerned for the 12 month period of if one has been diagnosed with an incurable disease and dies from it, then we are not covered, that is a concern to us.
