Lauren was very friendly and patient and explained the funeral package and entitlements to me and I felt really comfortable talking to her and even when I asked her to give me a couple of weeks to decide if I wanted to continue with the policy she didn't make me feel that I had wasted her time.I am so pleased with the package and I would like to Thank Lauren and the call centre staff that I dealt with for their competent friendly service.
