Jenna's performance was superb and well rehearsed, and gave me confidence to choose your company. After struggling to understand Philopenan accents from other insurance companies, it was a relief to fully comprehend the policy.

I can't rate that either. I have not yet received anything however, my bank indicates that money has been deducted out of my account to pay for this. I did request that I be able to have the policy/ wordings sent to me first prior to taking this cover out but all businesses seem to want the money up front these days. I was advised that if I did not want to go ahead with the cover, I have 30 days to cancel. 5 days have now passed. I am concerned that by the time I receive this documentation , the time will have expired to cancel, if I so desire.
