I was not impressed that funds were taken out of my account when I and my husband had not fully read the information sent out. I did not authorise this and was not happy about it. When you are only enquiring, why do you ask for the potential customer's bank account details when they may or may not agree to take up a policy.

Yes I would recommend your product to my friends, your team member explained everything in plain English where I didn't hesistate to join, I have got this policies for my sister to make sure there is no problem when she departs from us and her children don't struggle finding the funds to give her the send of that she decerves. As I had received an email earlier I was able to go through and make a list of any queries I had so when Bradley contacted me everything was in front of me. This helped a great deal and shortened the time which was appreciated. Bradley was very knowledgeable of his product and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
