It took your company three months of bumbling around and not cancelling my policy when I clearly explained that I was donating my body to science that the sheer printciple and just to take an extra $90 odd dollars from me, has caused the cancellation of my Pet Insurance (The more expensive of the two policies mind you!) As some poor fool failed to tell me that I would also be requiring a letter from my dogs vet before claiming which is going to take even more time wasting (very clever indeed, very clever! ) Don't get your staff to vacantly explain away unnecessary debiting of a customer when they can't show a drop of empathy. A very good money grabbing idea this was!

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that if I told your company clearly on a number of occasions around December of last year that I was donating my body to science and have no contact with my family, commonsense tells you to just cancel the find like I requested (I agreed to keep the more expensive pet insurance for heaven sake!) But upon finding now that you also require a history from my dogs vet before I can claim, why wasn't I simply told that when speaking to one of your operators the other day? Too much redtape and not enough service, I'm definitely looking for another company!

I was looking for funeral insurance and have called a few companies. I was happy to be able to add my daughter for a small amount extra. I hadn't been offered that previously. Thankyou. My oldest two children have just lost their dad st the age of 52 due to a tragic event and he had no funeral insurance. Being the next of kin they are trying to raise the money for his funeral. I don't want my children dealing with that added grief when I go.
