My husband decided he wanted to stay with the insurance company we are with, tried three or four times to cancel the Seniors policy but with no success, for some reason the person I spoke to didn't want to accept cancellation, so Iam going to try again next week, hopefully they will listen to me then. I know they are only doing their job but we have been 14 yrs with the company we are with now and will loose all money paid. Regards. (Apart from that the call centre people are very pleasant and nice to talk to.)
