Jad was courteous and helpful, never pushy. I like that insurance is available up to 79 years of age, the $75 gift card, the option of cashing in the policy at 85 years, premiums never increasing, even decreasing after 5 years. I haven't found these benefits anywhere else. I would certainly recommend Australian Seniors to my friends.

I thought Laura was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly but when I received the welcome letter and funeral cover signed by Sandi Cooper dated 07 august 2017 by email my address on the letter was incorrect. The correct address is 58 McDonald Street GNOWANGERUP W.A. 6335 not 68. Policy Number 650001799 please advise when you have installed the correct address on my policy by return email. I was quite taken back (in a good way) at the fact that my call was transferred to someone else, and they had already been told what my enquiry was about, so I did not have to repeat myself (something very common with most organisations). Both the persons I spoke with were very clear, most polite and very helpful. A lovely experience!

He answered all my questions and very clearly explained all the benefits of taking out my nominated $10,000 Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance policy top cover. "James" was very pleasant and courteous. I received an email from Australian Seniors within 10 minutes of completing all the necessary "Sign Up" questions and Acceptance Declaration. The email contained my new Seniors Funeral Insurance Top Cover Policy Schedule, an Explanatory Details about the Policy Cover and a very lovely Welcome Letter. Thanks Australian Seniors for giving me immediate peace of mind for now and into the future.
