I tell you what,i took out a funeral insurance policy, then centreline changed my pay day, you lot couldn't access funds in my account, so I cancelled that policy as I was being harassed by you people for money by mail 6 letters in 2 days you sent.I cancelled that policy and opened a new one.I was told I would be refunded the 2 payments I made on old policy,i received my policy, this week but as yet you have not refunded my old policy payments which you said you would, so your quick to harass people for money, but not to quick on refunding, my old policy which you said you would,i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone, and if I'm not refunded by Monday,i will close my insurance with you and go elsewhere,i spoke to niel,the big bald kiwi, he said this would all be done, he lied,I'm passed off ok

As my inquiry was dealt with politely & professionally, But my only concern was that my inquiry only started out as a "QUOTE" Not to be pressured into taking out a policy, in regards to having to supply my banking details as I am wary in doing that at anytime online with the percentage of people & organisations that misuse our personal sensitive information. But all in all at this point I am happy to go forward with my inquiry and look at my options when I receive my starter kit in the mail,and make my decision based on that. I had already taken out a Funeral Insurance for my husband, thought I was covered myself with another Insurance Company that I have had for 20 years but since found out that I am only covered for a 3 x Accident plan - so I decided to take out a Funeral Insurance with ASIA for myself & not leave the burden of paying for ones funeral to our children. Very happy with the plan. Thanks
