Everything is great..in regards to customer service & product...I just feel it was very pushy!..I felt like I couldn't just get the quote & think about it or talk about it with my husband first!...It was very much pushed upon me to sign up & think later!!!..It's hard to do that sometimes when money is tight, because now I'm worried that I may not be able to meet that required amount every fortnight.

Very pushy. Nothing to lose for can cancel within 30 days with no obligation and full refund if I am correct. Too noisy on the train and when the sales representative read the disclosures, I couldn't hear a thing when the school children getting on and off the train.
