Seems fine to me, but I have not had to make any claims as yet. the only option that was not provided for that was in my previous provider was the other glass cover, ie they covered your windscreen and all other window glass including the rear window screen with the no excess. this is covered with Australian Seniors, but only under your normal excess.

The almost equivalent product was nearly twice the price at my current provider so I changed to Australian Seniors. Even when I compared my existing policy to Australian Seniors it was still $100 cheaper. So I have changed provider and updated my policy and still ended up paying less than my now previous provider. Thank you Australian Seniors for looking after us.

It is a very small amount I have to pay monthly which is excellent. But I do not like the minimum Excess being $500, I don't have that amount of spare money ever! I'm on the poverty line.

It was a great phone call where I was explained the 3 options of cover for our furry family member. Knowing now that we have chosen the best option that best suits us puts us at ease financially. We have even enquired with insuring ourselves through Seniors Insurance, as I feel that we can do much better than what we currently have.
