Their website is a model of good design, with clear instructions and easy to navigate. If only all the others were as good! The great attraction for car insurance was the option that gives lower rates for users who drive fewer kilometers. That saved us $300!

Mostly done on the website. It was easy to understand, although I did need to ring regarding a few things. Maybe add a feature in car insurance for new cars, obviously rego is not known until car is collected, neither is km’s. Having to call back is inconvenient.

My Consultant NINA was extremely knowledgeable, polite and an absolute pleasure to correspond with. Together we spent some time transferring two Car Policy’s and a Home Contents Policy from another provider to Senior’s. NINA assisted me in deciding what level of cover was appropriate and explained the basics of all policies. NINA must be a great asset to Seniors Insurance.

I only contacted "Seniors Insurance " online for a quote within seconds of dulling out the form online I received a call from a young man from Seniors Insurance wanting to sign me up I did not get a chance to speak, he spoke so quickly I could not get a word in and before I knew it he had me signed up, and I was only wanting a quote, I was very pleased to learn that I have a 30 day cooling off period as I can weigh my options, as one thing I disagree on, is that you automatically assume that because someone goes on line to get a quote for Insurance that it is a Sale and I can assure you because of this assumption I will not be purchasing Seniors Insurance in this case as this is pressure selling and I totally disagree with this form of selling, as a Sales Consultant myself for about 30 years I abhor pressure selling, I have never done it and I do not like being pressured into signing up for something before fully considering my options.
