I mainly only wanted a quote for my insurance, the girl who rang me was so nice and convincing that I signed up for it. Certainly a lot cheaper than my current policy, and far as I can tell pretty much the same coverage?

Transferring to Service Dept, took 10mins & 8 mins. Made 4 phone calls, asked for sales person who had signed me up to give me a call, as the information on the Certificate was wrong. Still waiting? Last call finally got a person who understood what I wanted changing, and assure me he will fix it, before hard copy of policy is sent to me. This gentleman saved the day, as my experience was not the best, and I was going to cancel same.
