Quick to take your money and signed up for the insurance but difficult to cancel if you change your mind. I was told I can cancel anytime just call during business hours during the cooling period. Called the next day after deciding the policy is not right for me. Only to be told that someone will call me back to discuss, within the next 1-2 days. No I don’t want to discuss anything, I just want to cancel the policy. Now I have to wait. Which makes someone who is elderly like me anxious not knowing when this will happen or not.

Yes the customers sales Miss Liona was excellent and very specific about all information that create for me it’s the insurance that match for me unfortunately my first calling about 10:45 am a sales customer services a male that not want gave his name was very rude and unprofessional about the insurance information telling me your not looking understand about the insurance and simple said I will stop my communication with you honest it sorts of person is not good into the position of Sales change him to others places that not have be in contact with people looking for insurance

We found your costs very high and although the person we spoke to was very well spoken and nice to deal with he did not know what he was selling . He did not know his product and asked us to wait on hold at least 5 times while he found out the answers to our quite simple questions. He just needs to know his product better because another person might not have been so patient with him and gone elsewhere.
