Missed out on 5 stars by not paying attention to detail. I would use again and recommend to friends. You were given debit card details and verified on the telephone by your team member to pay for the first two weeks premium of $34.16. Next payment due on March 1st by direct debit with BSB and account numbers supplied to you. I received a telephone call am 20th February from Australian Seniors to advise my first payment by direct debit had been declined. Not surprising since my card payment was not processed by Australian Seniors for the first payment, and you jumped in two weeks early to secure payment by direct debit that was not even set up. The first premium due has now been paid by debit card today,

Emily was very polite & knowledgeable. She explained everything I was looking for in a Life Insurance policy. My previous policy with another firm left me with no policy after being with them since 2015! Now being 70yrs no one wants to no you! I'd tried many but as I've already got funeral cover with Australian Seniors why not try them? I was finally so pleased I did as now I'm set & I've got my Family set too!!😀 Thank You Australian Seniors. 😀💯
