The lady I spoke to when she called after I did a online quote was very friendly and did not push me to buy insurance cover from them when I said I was still looking at other companies. Then when I called back I was transferred back to that same lady, she was again very friendly and was so helpful in explaining the policy and answering my questions.

I hope others at your company are just as professional and knowledgeable when the need arises to speak to someone.
