I rang twice. My second consultant was good with a nice manner. My first consultant was hard work. Your questions are pretty bad, really black and white but life isn't. Asking if my six year old car has any damage. Define damage? what is reasonable to expect on a 6 year old car? No help from the consultant but then he is bounded by your processes.
