Great attitude, nice team, good prices, best quotes, professional... so far... Only time will tell I guess. The true measure of an insurance company is how they handle a CLAIM. All else fades into the background. So please do send me this survey again if/when I make a CLAIM.

Your policy was well priced, as every dollar counts with the constant increases in cost of everyday living, particularly for us as pensioners, I found you offer good value for money, while allowing me to maintain my independence with my car. I completed the form , got a quote, varied it slightly and went to finalise, but as I had to go out, it timed out. I thought I would do it today. Today I had to phone to renew. It was very difficult, the telephone line was not good, (no fault of the young lady). I had to go over everything that I had completed yesterday, which meant I had completely wasted my time on the internet doing that. Surely someone could devise a system for you to find my quote as I had done it, and just complete the payment! Time consuming!
