I found all people I spoke with polite, intelligent and friendly. They were not pushy sales people and made me feel comfortable. I asked for some time to speak with my wife about changing our policy, and Ash was most abliging. This attitude and the fact your policy is very suitable made us change our insure ce provider. The consultant (Michael) was very knowledgable, personable and clear (easy to understand). I was just ringing to obtain quotes not looking to sign up but Michael was so likeable and thorough and put my concerns at ease that I signed up on the spot, which is unusual for me. Michael is exactly the type of person that u want on the end of the phone guiding you through what can be a confusing process.
