Good. online transaction easy to navigate. Unfortunately towards the end of the transaction we discovered only the registered owner could purchase the insurance and it would have been better to have had this information at the start of the transaction.

Transferring to Service Dept, took 10mins & 8 mins. Made 4 phone calls, asked for sales person who had signed me up to give me a call, as the information on the Certificate was wrong. Still waiting? Last call finally got a person who understood what I wanted changing, and assure me he will fix it, before hard copy of policy is sent to me. This gentleman saved the day, as my experience was not the best, and I was going to cancel same.
