I thought Laura was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly but when I received the welcome letter and funeral cover signed by Sandi Cooper dated 07 august 2017 by email my address on the letter was incorrect. The correct address is 58 McDonald Street GNOWANGERUP W.A. 6335 not 68. Policy Number 650001799 please advise when you have installed the correct address on my policy by return email. I paid my car insurance policy and after realised I had given the wrong car details my quote was for a Ford Ranger 4X4, my Ranger is a 4X2. I contacted Seniors insurance and had the details changed and was told my quote had increased by over $50. A 4X2 Ranger is less expensive than the 4x4. I explained this to the Consultant and it fell on dear ears.
