From an insurers point of view during a world wide pandemic I understand why some aspects of the cover would be removed, however makes no appeal to the customer seeking protection for their investment. perhaps Ned Kelly was right, "Such Is Life".

Well it’s all on line so I haven’t had any “service” as such but the process was pretty easy. I did get a follow up call after I’d completed signing up. I didn’t have any Qs so it wasn’t useful at the time.

Signed up for cat insurance, great price was offered, happy to go ahead. When received the policy, by email, found wrong sex for our cat. Not insured for what we wanted, routine care, they did not advise us our cat is not covered if more than 9 yrs old.
