Yesterday I made an on-line inquiry yesterday. Today my wife received a telephone call and was advised the only way we could verify the details for the policy (what was included) for the product was to provide payment details. This was done. I am then advised by my wife of what took place. I am not satisfied that payment was going to commence before I could consider the offer. My wife was advised that there is a cooling off period and that any payment would not commence until 29 Jul 16. I called the call centre and had difficulty in understanding the operator. He advised me that payment would be deducted tomorrow. This was contrary to what advise was provided to my wife. I cancelled the quote/policy immediately. I am not at all satisfied with my first ever dealing with Seniors Insurance to the point that I am reluctant to consider this service for anything.

This review is for pay-as-you-drive car insurance. The process of getting the on-line quote to payment of the new policy was easy. I had some questions so I rang the number on the quote and spoke to a team member, Christian. He was kind, informative, helpful, and patient as we went through all of the criteria. Although the quote was not the least expensive that I had received, it was a reasonable cost for a quality policy that is the most suitable for my needs. At this stage, I highly recommend Australian Seniors insurance.
