Super easy to use on line portal. Updating premium in real time as you change criteria is especially useful. Ie changing level of cover, changing excess etc. I couldn’t get that level of service from someone in a call centre from a major competitor. Well done.

The only problem is the cost, especially for pensioners. On your tv ad there was a quote of a minimum of $13.00 per fortnight, this would have been preferable to pay for the first 12months.
