They were quick to take my call. They accessed my original enquiry details quickly and were able to answer all my questions (even a curly one) without any trouble regarding my dog's new insurance policy. The girl I spoke with was very friendly, obviously knew her job well and made me feel welcomed. I love the fact that pet insurance doesn't attract an excess and that I don't have to keep paying the policy until its renewal date should my pet ever passes away (unlike other providers). I'm now considering switching other insurance policies I have to Australian Seniors as their rates are very competitive and at this stage, products look like good value for money.

It is obvious they want to sell a policy. My enquiry led to me4 signing up and that was not what I wanted. When I went to cancel I was gently pressured into holding on to it for another 30 days. I appreciate selling techniques but the product is not something I wish to experience pressure.
