I used the Australian Seniors company website to obtain an online quote for a new car insurance policy. The process was straight forward. I rang the hotline number to clarify some policy coverage details. The staff member was friendly, helpful and successfully resolved my queries. I then made payment to complete the purchase of the policy. It was a simple process overall and I would highly recommend this company to prospective new customers.

I had already taken out a Funeral Insurance for my husband, thought I was covered myself with another Insurance Company that I have had for 20 years but since found out that I am only covered for a 3 x Accident plan - so I decided to take out a Funeral Insurance with ASIA for myself & not leave the burden of paying for ones funeral to our children. Very happy with the plan. Thanks

I was very happy with the service I received yesterday , the product is great and very reasonably priced, also very happy with the monthly pay option. Only one slight error and that is the date the policy is due to start, should be june not may which I will call to rectify today. Overall I was very happy with the service I received, the consultant was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Useless and unhelpful staff! One gave me a quote to change the car on my policy which was 50% higher than my current premium and 45% higher than an identical policy with Australian Seniors I obtained online. Another rang me to discuss the online quote but wouldn’t allow me to take out the cover until I provided them the odometer reading on the new car. I explained, it was a brand new car and that I would be collecting next week and needed the certificate on collection. I also explained that it was new so would have less than 50km on the clock and to put a note on the policy to confirm the actual reading at the first convenient time. Her response was that this wasn’t possible and that I should ring from the dealership with the reading! As it would be late on a Friday evening, I wasn’t confident they would provide the certificate in time for me to drive away. As if I didn’t have enough to contend with the car change over!
