Don't leave your customers on hold forever. Ask for their phone numbers and return their calls. Inform people when money cannot be taken from their accounts. I keep asking for the same information and always get completely different answers. I am seriously investigating a different insurance

I requested a quote on-line and received a phone call almost immediately. Had a very comprehensive conversation about the funeral insurance policy. Requested that I receive copies of the policy by email and a few days to review. Was called back on the day requested and proceeded to take out the policy. All ran very smoothly.
