I thought the response to my inquiry was very fast. The person I spoke to was completely helpful and was prepared to answer my questions in detail, and repeat anything I wasn't sure about. I did feel a bit rushed. I felt as if I was already signed up long before I agreed to go ahead, however I felt satisfied with the deal I was offered.

I thought Laura was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly but when I received the welcome letter and funeral cover signed by Sandi Cooper dated 07 august 2017 by email my address on the letter was incorrect. The correct address is 58 McDonald Street GNOWANGERUP W.A. 6335 not 68. Policy Number 650001799 please advise when you have installed the correct address on my policy by return email. Thank you, EB Stevens
