I have tried to email quite you a few times now, BUT each time my message was "BOUNCED BACK" as undeliverable (TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) ... which even infuriated me more, given the reason for my email on PET INSURANCE! How the duck would I know - I got a call 4 days ago. I would say that high pressure sales are VERY irritating. Saying my name every 15 secs does NOT endear me to the sales person - it turns me off, it's smarmy. Someone needs to train them in being genuine - real - what ever.

Was just interested in getting some information with regards to the Funeral Insuarance but was continually pushed in to signing up and to hand over my credit card details for something I did not want. When I confirmed with the operator that I did not want this and nothing was to be taken from my credit card they agreed but I soon found out that when my daughter-in-law rang to confirm nothing was going ahead that it had all been signed up and I had to complete an official cancellation. After explaining what had happened to this operator he also continued to forcefully try to talk me into staying, even though I made it abundantly clear I was not happy about what had happened. All of this was disappointing as I have my home & contents and car insurance though you and it was a very pleasent experience.

Matthew served me over the phone. I told him why I wanted funeral cover. I had not really thought about funeral cover until this year April I received a phone call from South Africa telling me that my last direct living relative, my sister, was killed in a freak motor bike accident. Matthew was very compationate and I told him that could of been me as I also ride a motor bike. I found Matthew to be helpful and instead of me listening to a computerized voice reading all the info about the policy, instead your company had a human (Matthew) read it out for me. He made sure I was to let him know if I didn't understand anything and he explained and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease and so I signed up straight away. I felt comfortable about choosing a policy based on how helpful Matthew was and how he made me feel about having a policy with your company. So I say THANK YOU MATTHEW !!!!!!!
