Seniors Final Expenses was most appropriate for our circumstances. It gave us sufficient cover immediately for accident and after 12 months for any death. I can only comment more after the 12 months has expired and we see the policy in action.

Contact was immediate while I was still online! Operator was well informed and offered something more appropriate than the initial inquiry I had made which she had explained in full. She had empathy for our situation.

I already have Funeral coverage with another company and was just looking for information, costs etc. HOWEVER the person I spoke to didn't really give me time to think or compare or decide anything...................I pretty much had to sign up to get a quote...................!!!!!!!!!! I think this really is 'pressure' selling and not necessarily the way to do business particularly with the aged and often timid individuals.

We cancelled our policy this morning due to another insurer responding with a lower quote. I have been told that our policy is in place until the 23 Jan, but my understanding was that we would be refunded the $80.16 as per your cooling off policy. Not happy if this is not the case.
