The consultant was very friendly , knowledgeable but a times spoke too fast and I had to ask him to repeat some statements(I am not deaf) He wanted a definite answer immediately-(He was a good salesman) and I wished to consult my husband but that wasn't allowed. BUT he did stress i had 30days if I wanted to change my mind.

Following my conversation, I actually knew this was the policy for my wife and I. It ticked all the boxes and immediately gave us peace of mind knowing we had made arrangements for whenever our time may be up. We certainly did not want our children to be held responsible for paying for our funeral arrangements.
