was all good easy to under stand only thing you have a 12 month wait before you can claim what some thing out of the ordinary happens in less than 12 months that is a bit not fair pay that money and its of no use only to the insurance agency ???

there's a lot to read and take in (but less confusing than other providers) but it is clear and precise. I had to re-read the beneficiaries section. otherwise it was good

I was impressed with the clarity of the information - it's such a morass going through some of the other policies I have had for any insurance policy. I found the person on the phone calm and unhurried which is a big help when I get nervous about making any important decisions on the phone

Simple, easy to understand, and open about car insurance. I have an older car, not of high value, and was able to get a quote for '3rd Party Fire and Theft' insurance, then go backwards and change to 'Comprehensive', and compare costs. It also showed the comprehensive insurance value, something other companies are reluctant to reveal! The premium was far below RACQ, whom I gave up.
