I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. Life assurance policy purchased, with a follow-up call for my wife's cover at 3pm on Friday 04 October. Clearly the department was busy, because at 4:40pm we still had not received the phone call to take my wife's details and verify everything, so I called to advise that she had not received the phone call. The gentleman I spoke with yesterday was pleasant and informative, as was the one I spoke with today, but I was a bit disappointed with the non-follow-up. I am hoping this is not going to be an example of the service in future, and I feel confident that it will not be.
