I believe that individuals should receive the PDS and have the opportunity to fully read and understand the terms before ANY commitment , especially handing over your bank details. I know there is a 30 day cooling off period , but payment information should NOT be conveyed until confirmation is given to the cover.

It will cover the needs of my loved one when i eventually do die. Hopefully a very long time from now. I have had insurance with a different firm years ago, i was not pleased at all with my treatment or the fine print in the contract, so i eventually dropped them. No, i won't say who it was.
