I rang previously for a quote and when I rang back to put the insurance in place I was advised that the person I had spoken to was not available and they would ring me back at a later time, I explained I needed to put the insurance in place today so Kevin agreed to do it. The quote had me living in NSW when I live in Qld so Kevin was unable to enter my address correctly and had to ring me back I then had to re answer all the questions I had previously done, twice I was asked what sex the dog was, and twice my preferred title which I advised was Mrs, my insurance policy has Miss. There were a couple of other annoying corrections as well to the point where I told Kevin it was actually making me wonder if I was choosing the right insurance company, and if it was this difficult to enter all my details correctly how difficult would it be to make a claim, it is also very off putting being advised at least 3 times about pre existing illnesses not being paid.

The consultant (Michael) was very knowledgable, personable and clear (easy to understand). I was just ringing to obtain quotes not looking to sign up but Michael was so likeable and thorough and put my concerns at ease that I signed up on the spot, which is unusual for me. Michael is exactly the type of person that u want on the end of the phone guiding you through what can be a confusing process.
