Service was good but very disapointed at one aspect of the policies....on my cover the failure to allow me any reduction of the wait for full cover period.....bearing in mind Ive just done 6 months of exactly this with Apia. ....just adds to the possibility of discarding the Cover altogether in the shortbterm.

Online quote was very well thought out and well presented. Everything was simple to understand. One thing that I would like to see as part of the quote process is a list of the major things that are covered and a list of major things that are not covered - so as to not waste anyone's time.
