I am taking my car for repair tomorrow at a convenient crash repair place in Flemington,Victoria. The service I've received from Australian Seniors so far has been exceptional, to the point where I have moved my house and contents insurance to you as well! Not only is your price very competitive, but I really welcome the way I've been treated throughout the claims process. And in the end, that's the thing that matters most.

Within seconds of my inquiry I was contacted by phone. I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The agent, whose name, sadly eludes me, was very helpful. She was able to navigate sensitive questions with ease and respect. I had everything fully explained and explained very well. Life insurance can be a tricky subject, especially tailoring to individual needs and I am confident that I received the best match for myself. I did not feel pressured in anyway and very satisfied by the level of cover I received and that I had made the correct choice. I now feel very happy that I have the required financial protection in place for my family. Add to this that I was covered instantly and the process was so simple, with no paperwork or lengthy forms. Great job

Efficient and friendly. I was very comfortable answering questions about health and potential outcomes and everything was explained so I did not have to clarify anything. I was also made to fully understand my obligations and responsibilities, so again, very comfortable and sincere.
