I registered interest on Sunday and was told that someone would be in touch on Monday . Andrew phoned me on Monday morning and ran through the 8 questions. He had the authority to approve my application and did so on the spot. He also did not try to oversell me insurance that I could not afford .

Everything was thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered in detail, and i had a few. The product was exactly what i wanted and i wasnt pressured into buying . The gentleman i spoke with was polite and informative and i feel i have a sound knowledge of the product i purchased .

I found her to have just the right personality to deal with the public, she was friendly, very knowledgeable with the products I was enquiring about and when I queried something she was unsure about Kelsey investigated while I was on hold and returned within a suitable timeframe with an answer that satisfied me.
