The premium was less than half the renewal quote from my current insurer - a customer for over 10yrs - for identical Agreed Value coverage and claim excess contribution. Happy to have avoided the “loyalty tax” associated with a failure to regularly review coverage. Will review Home and Contents and other vehicles when due. Excellent service and very competitive premium. Pleased to recommend this insurer and its knowledgeable, friendly and efficient contact officer.
