I achieved my goal eventually but the run around was ridiculous. It appears to me that if you do not accept the quote on the first phone call and request it e-mailed then that quote no longer can be found (even using the quote reference number). I eventually tried getting the quote on the internet and after jumping through all the hoops a message comes up telling me to phone as you required further information??? Four phone calls later I eventually prevailed, the saving grace was that the quote I finally accepted and paid was less than the original one no one could find. It wasted a lot of my time and obviously a lot of your time and time is money in business. Room for improvements.

This product guarantees that in the event of a claim, the premium payments cover the sum insured and anything paid over and above the sum insured goes to the beneficiary. Can't be fairer than that. If I want to increase my cover at a later date I can, for an appropriate new premium.
