Due to items being left off I cancelled policy before it commenced. If I hadnt checked policy thoroughly I would have not had cover on important sentimental valuable items

The representative did not listen and left off important personal effects I wanted insured - even though I told her many times I needed the cover. In her wisdom she left it off - the difference in premium meant I took my business elsewhere

The only problem is the cost, especially for pensioners. On your tv ad there was a quote of a minimum of $13.00 per fortnight, this would have been preferable to pay for the first 12months.

Your call centre is manned by Australians speaking English without an accent as I am hearing impaired, he was well mannered and very informative and is a credit to your organisation. I have already recommended to my family and friends to transfer to Seniors insurance for all our upcoming needs . This amounts to 3 house and contents and 9 car plus one business insurance if they meet the requirements, thanks to your friendly and helpful call centre staff. Well done .
