Jad was courteous and helpful, never pushy. I like that insurance is available up to 79 years of age, the $75 gift card, the option of cashing in the policy at 85 years, premiums never increasing, even decreasing after 5 years. I haven't found these benefits anywhere else. I would certainly recommend Australian Seniors to my friends.

I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. I understand that I will receive a hard copy but it would be better to slow down in that delivery.

This review is for pay-as-you-drive car insurance. The process of getting the on-line quote to payment of the new policy was easy. I had some questions so I rang the number on the quote and spoke to a team member, Christian. He was kind, informative, helpful, and patient as we went through all of the criteria. Although the quote was not the least expensive that I had received, it was a reasonable cost for a quality policy that is the most suitable for my needs. At this stage, I highly recommend Australian Seniors insurance.
