Online quote was very well thought out and well presented. Everything was simple to understand. One thing that I would like to see as part of the quote process is a list of the major things that are covered and a list of major things that are not covered - so as to not waste anyone's time.

Hayley was the consultant that I dealt with over a two day period and answered all of my questions relating to changing from one pet insurance company to Seniors. She knew the product very well and was incredibly professional and pleasant throughout our discussion of the policy options. Switching to Seniors was a very comfortable and easy decision and ,with Hayley's guidance, went smoothly. I have peace of mind that both of my dogs are fully insured with the top cover which ,although the quality is the same as the previous insurer, is a fraction of the cost. Hayley is a definite asset to Seniors Insurance.

Been using my same broker for decades… “Thought” I was always getting a good deal. 🤔 Then I looked at other providers and they were all very similar. THEN I came across Australian Seniors!! 😳 What a total difference! Saved $250 off my Car insurance and $200 off my contents insurance! Win/Win!!
