The reason for 5 stars .as I've been meaning to gt some life insurance for a few years now.bt I rang a cupple if other insurance company. Over last cupple years .and they did not call bk .and when they did they were not very easy to talk to .as well as the premium. To high.so I I said I ring u guys and a lovely well spoken young lady .made it very easy .for me to understand. And the premium. Was good .as well so thanks firor the amazing service. Kind regards. We cancelled our policy this morning due to another insurer responding with a lower quote. I have been told that our policy is in place until the 23 Jan, but my understanding was that we would be refunded the $80.16 as per your cooling off policy. Not happy if this is not the case.

Receiving the call back within minutes of my applying on-line, I felt a priority. interestingly I had been considering arranging some type of cover for a while. So when the call came through I thought this is great I can do this now while I'm in that frame of mind: you know One day falling off the perch' I'm not here forever, so yes I appreciate the call and the male on the other end was quite informative bye

All good. Do not appreciate a cold call from sales after completing an online quote. The fact that I am required to leave a contact phone number as well as an email address is a big negative. Email is sufficient in today's market. If I wanted to deal directly with the company then I would not do the quote online. That is one reason I will not deal with one of your main competitors.
