Very easy, very quick. Only complaint is that when filling out the application form the form showed an agreed value of $3100 for my car. Then, when the policy came the agreed value was $2000. No explanation as to when and why it was reduced. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

Not that I am a fan of insurance especially since premiums have skyrocketed but Australian Seniors offered a competitive rate.

I don't know how much "service" was given - I did all the hard yards. Everything spits out their end. One thing I was not happy about was AS did not clearly explain in their email summary details of when the odometer reading was to be taken. They asked for the reading about 2 weeks before the commencement date of the policy meaning I would have missed out on 2 weeks mileage. All this was hidden away in the fine print.

I enquirer online and a short time later Veronica called with information. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions in a happy cheerful way. The information material, with quote arrived via email very quickly and an hour or so later I was insured. All in all a pleasant , quick experience.
