Service with Charlie (original contact) today 15/11/17 seemed ok. When the policy came through on email ALL the names were incorrect on it. I called the Phillipines, spoke with Christine, she has taken down all necessary name changes, correct DOB & phone numbers but can't make changes until tomorrow as policy doesn't commence until midnight tonight. She assures me it will be done and I will receive a new policy in due course. Unfortunately this problem hasn't instilled much confidence in me regarding the insurance policy. Please can someone call me regarding this problem. Thank you.
