I merely rang for a quote for Funeral Insurance. The young lady I spoke with, Samantha, was so helpful and did not pressure me in any way to purchase or sign anything. She did answer ALL of my queries as well as giving valuable information re subjects and options I had not considered. I had no hesitation whatsoever of purchasing my policy there and then.
