Yes. I never purchased this policy. Your overly keen caller was so keen to "close the deal" that he didn't attempt to contact me when our line dropped out. He just went ahead and "closed the deal" himself. I am furious at this outcome and as stated before I demand that any funds removed from my account be replaced immediately.

It appears that the agent I spoke to went ahead and processed a policy that I did not confirm nor give authority to touch my bank account to access any funds. I am now at the point of having to contact you regarding a policy that I have not purchased. I demand that these funds are immediately refunded to my account.

I had already taken out a Funeral Insurance for my husband, thought I was covered myself with another Insurance Company that I have had for 20 years but since found out that I am only covered for a 3 x Accident plan - so I decided to take out a Funeral Insurance with ASIA for myself & not leave the burden of paying for ones funeral to our children. Very happy with the plan. Thanks

I did not really like the way the lady asked for my bank account details and expected me to be able to sign up and make the 1st payment in 2 weeks when I thought there was a month's cooling off period

I liked the lady I talked to but the only problem I had was she said I had a 30 day cooling off period but then wanted me to sign up straight away and give bank account details and said my 1st payment would be due on 6th December to me that doesn't make sense.

Well your good because it was quick and easy but when I got an email the first one did not come out as it was all in jumbled up code looking letters and figures, which was ridiculous and so many pages. Then I got it through on my other computer and it printed out 11 pages of the same thing. What a wate.
