I purchased motor vehicle insurance and was asked if I was interested in funeral insurance and referred to a consultant. On at least three occasions I advised the young man that I was only interested in getting a quote. Despite this he continued and raised a policy which I have this date cancelled. This pressure selling is annoying, as is having to ring again to cancel an unwanted policy and could have been avoided if he had heeded my request for a quote.

I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. I understand that I will receive a hard copy but it would be better to slow down in that delivery.
