I contacted Seniors Insurance via online request form at approximately 7am and at 8:30 a lovely man called Sam Shepherd called me to discuss my query. Unfortunately I was pressed for time, so he arranged a time to call me back. We organised to speak at 1:30pm and on the dot almost he called me. Sam was extremely helpful and explained everything in a professional and easy to understand manner. Great service and a wonderful customer service representative in Sam Shepherd.

Assured and explained everything that was included in the policy that I have chosen to cover me when it's time to pass 😊 I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received and the lady I spoke to was so calm did not rush the explaining of the policy nor was she rude and that was pleasant too.
