Your customer service person, Jake, was extremely patient, very clear, and well informed. He took the time to understand what I needed and was not at all "pushy". I appreciated the fact that he let your policy sell itself. Overall he made what could have been a daunting task a satisfying experience. You should investigate "cloning" him.....or, at least make sure he can train newer staff. ( I was a customer service officer for many years, Jake is one of the best to whom I have ever spoken.)

I was quite taken back (in a good way) at the fact that my call was transferred to someone else, and they had already been told what my enquiry was about, so I did not have to repeat myself (something very common with most organisations). Both the persons I spoke with were very clear, most polite and very helpful. A lovely experience!
