We cancelled our policy this morning due to another insurer responding with a lower quote. I have been told that our policy is in place until the 23 Jan, but my understanding was that we would be refunded the $80.16 as per your cooling off policy. Not happy if this is not the case.

I have cancelled this policy within 24hrs and you are saying you want my payment for it. I have notified your company with s signed email and still you are saying I must pay premiums. Very angry. Feel pressured and bullyed.

Whilst I am happy with my funeral insurance policy, I am a little concerned about having to wait for 12 months (apart from an accident) for the policy to be enabled. I understand that you would have to have some restrictions, but I was recently very unwell with pneumonia and told the hospital staff they had to get me better because of my insurance policy. However I may live for another 5 or more years! I was delighted to receive my Seniors Gift Card. It made my day.
