I already have Funeral coverage with another company and was just looking for information, costs etc. HOWEVER the person I spoke to didn't really give me time to think or compare or decide anything...................I pretty much had to sign up to get a quote...................!!!!!!!!!! I think this really is 'pressure' selling and not necessarily the way to do business particularly with the aged and often timid individuals.

very helpful, but I just phoned for a quote and felt as though I was being pushed a bit. I wanted to start my policy in another month but more or less told it had to be right now. payment is now coming out of my account before I have the money so it is now up to me to make changes that.
