It was too expensive I have Real Insurance for$29.99 per fortnight since 2013 so I cancelled the one that was $ 75.00 per fortnight as I could not afford the $150.00 per month Seniors otherwise is excellent and I hope you are with real Suzie Fisher

Your customer service person, Jake, was extremely patient, very clear, and well informed. He took the time to understand what I needed and was not at all "pushy". I appreciated the fact that he let your policy sell itself. Overall he made what could have been a daunting task a satisfying experience. You should investigate "cloning" him.....or, at least make sure he can train newer staff. ( I was a customer service officer for many years, Jake is one of the best to whom I have ever spoken.)
