I was caught of guard. The sales guy was too pushy for an instant result. I reluctantly agreed just to shut him up. I don't want Seniors Funeral Insurance as it is twice as expensive as my current Insurance with REAL insurance. Please cancel me immediately.

I tell you what,i took out a funeral insurance policy, then centreline changed my pay day, you lot couldn't access funds in my account, so I cancelled that policy as I was being harassed by you people for money by mail 6 letters in 2 days you sent.I cancelled that policy and opened a new one.I was told I would be refunded the 2 payments I made on old policy,i received my policy, this week but as yet you have not refunded my old policy payments which you said you would, so your quick to harass people for money, but not to quick on refunding, my old policy which you said you would,i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone, and if I'm not refunded by Monday,i will close my insurance with you and go elsewhere,i spoke to niel,the big bald kiwi, he said this would all be done, he lied,I'm passed off ok

I thought Laura was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly but when I received the welcome letter and funeral cover signed by Sandi Cooper dated 07 august 2017 by email my address on the letter was incorrect. The correct address is 58 McDonald Street GNOWANGERUP W.A. 6335 not 68. Policy Number 650001799 please advise when you have installed the correct address on my policy by return email.
