As I had received an email earlier I was able to go through and make a list of any queries I had so when Bradley contacted me everything was in front of me. This helped a great deal and shortened the time which was appreciated. Bradley was very knowledgeable of his product and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I had my questions answered clearly and with obvious knowledge of the product. I felt that the information that was read at the end of the call was read too quickly even though the person read clearly. I understand that I will receive a hard copy but it would be better to slow down in that delivery.

I found your Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance telephone representative "James" very helpful. He answered all my questions and very clearly explained all the benefits of taking out my nominated $10,000 Australian Seniors Funeral Insurance policy top cover. "James" was very pleasant and courteous. I received an email from Australian Seniors within 10 minutes of completing all the necessary "Sign Up" questions and Acceptance Declaration. The email contained my new Seniors Funeral Insurance Top Cover Policy Schedule, an Explanatory Details about the Policy Cover and a very lovely Welcome Letter. Thanks Australian Seniors for giving me immediate peace of mind for now and into the future.
