I can only rate the information I received over the phone, which was excellent, informative,and answered all my questions. Jenna's performance was superb and well rehearsed, and gave me confidence to choose your company. After struggling to understand Philopenan accents from other insurance companies, it was a relief to fully comprehend the policy.

I was not impressed that funds were taken out of my account when I and my husband had not fully read the information sent out. I did not authorise this and was not happy about it. When you are only enquiring, why do you ask for the potential customer's bank account details when they may or may not agree to take up a policy.

I think your reps name was Abbey/ Abagail, she was very gracious & kind & very understanding of the need to be pacienr with me understand when the timing of her call backs were ill time. Her willingness & kindness to reschedule on a number of occasions is what persuaded me to go with seniors insurance even though I was researching others. This young lady is to be highly commended for her compassion and gracious understanding of my vulnerability Thank young lady God Bless you in every area of your life My only criticism is that 'Seniors Insurance ' does not appear on my MasterCard stmt. where is the $75 eftpos card advertised please. It would be greatly appreciated &needed for food at this point in time. Thank you
