Issra was extremely helpful and very patient with my enquiries. The offer seemed good so I signed up for funeral insurance. I guess I'll never know how it will work out. That will be up to my kids to sort out. Hopefully everything is as described and I have made things easier for my kids when I die.

I found the quick response to my enquiry re purchasing a policy very impressive. The plain English explanation of the policy was easy to follow. I haven't received the paperwork by mail yet, but have printed off the email insurance papers. As you say Perfect!
