I am being sued for damages due to a motorcycle accident while overseas – can I claim?

No – we do not cover losses or liability arising from the use of mechanically propelled vehicles.

Please note: We will not consider any liability claim unless our written approval has been given before you become involved in litigation or make any undertaking to pay. The total liability for any claim including legal and other costs is the same amount shown in the Schedule.

Are dependant children or grandchildren travelling with me covered for loss of life?

Yes – we will cover eligible children or grandchildren travelling with you for loss of life up to a maximum of $5,000.

In order to be covered, you must ensure all dependent children or grandchildren travelling with you are listed on your policy and are under the age of 21. Please refer to our Product Disclosure Statement for full terms and conditions relating to cover for children or grandchildren.
