Your welcome email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. Please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been filtered there. 

If you still haven’t received it after this time, please contact our support team at support@frequentvalues.com.au or call 1300 159 707 for help.

Select “Forgot password” on the login screen and follow the prompts. We’ll send you an email with instructions to create a new password.

Select “Already joined?” and enter the email address you registered with, along with the access code from your welcome email. 

If you’re still having trouble make sure your email address is entered correctly and check for any spelling mistakes, including the code from your email. 

Before signing in, you’ll need to activate your account using the details in your welcome email. This step allows you to create your account and access Seniors Rewards. 

Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with and check for any spelling mistakes.

Make sure you’re logged in to your Seniors Community Hub account. If you’re logged in and still can’t see Seniors Rewards or other features, please contact support so the issue can be investigated.

Try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, or updating to the latest version. You can also delete and reinstall the app if the issue continues.
